What is blogger category?

Blog categories are very important. This makes it easier for people to navigate through your blog. You need clear, easy-to-find category pages for the topics you mostly blog about. New audiences can quickly see what your blog is about, and will be able to easily find your posts on a specific topic.
How do you display categories?
First open blogger layout. Then go to the Widgets sidebar and click on Add a Gadget Select Labels Type Category in Titles. Turn it on to show the number of posts and click save then go to posts. If you want to show the category description in each post or if you want to show the category description within single posts, then you can select the labeled option and add the label tag from there.
How do you add categories in Blogger?
Hover over the post you want to add a category to and then select "Edit". Click "Labels" on the right side of the Blogger interface. Type your category in the text field. Add multiple categories, separating each with a comma.
